The Therapy Space is a professional counselling service grounded in compassion, safety, and evidence-based practice.

As a Level 3 Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, I provide trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing crisis, distress, and the impacts of complex life experiences.

Specialising in recovery, safety, and healing, my work focuses on creating a safe therapeutic space where clients can rebuild stability, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change

          Even though trauma and painful experiences shape our past, they do not determine who we will become.

The Power of Choice:
          “I am what I choose to become” reflects our ability to shape who we are. Rather than being defined by what has happened to us, we can choose how we respond, how we grow, and who we want to be moving forward.

Transforming the Darkness:
           Healing does not come from avoiding pain, but from having the courage to face it. This includes the difficult and painful parts of our experiences. By acknowledging and working through them, even the hardest moments can become meaningful and support growth.

 

Meet me

 

Born and raised locally in Dubbo, I have strong roots in the community I continue to serve. I am a mother to three beautiful (barely) adult sons, and my personal and professional life is guided by a deep commitment to care, connection, and compassion.

I am passionate about women’s mental health, trauma-informed practice, and supporting individuals to find safety, strength, and healing in their own time and way.
